-I’ve never worked with such amazing coworkers. I don’t love my job but I love the people I work with so much that I look forward to working everyday. I work so hard bc I love my boss and want to make them proud. I wanna leave here company-wise, but I never will bc I love my colleagues so much

Cons

Executive Leadership Team has far too much decision making power with far too little information about how & why things work. They make decisions that make 0 sense and affect the success of the business bc they don’t listen to the people actually doing the work.

Benefits package is a great deal; health, vision, 401k matching, etc..

Cons

The customer service agents are treated like numbers, not people, and the expectations are high. Bonuses are only rewarded if you have practically perfect numbers.

it's a very chaotic environment with frequently shifting goals and focus. work life balance is poor. there is always an 'emergency'
