Excessive travel, little work-life balance; many positions are single-person deep and no back up when there is PTO/vacation; limited communication or understanding of corporate strategy (very little discussion of how to get from A to B); expectations grow while compensation is stagnant; senior leaders and executives are clueless about the ground level issues either due to willful ignorance and a culture of "cover it up and don't talk about it"; for a technology company, the tech sucks and is woefully glitchy

-underpaid -no growth in company unless someone retires -no culture is the culture -very old fashioned way of managing company - lots of manual processes.. tech is not where it needs to be -team outings are usually disappointing
