WGI has been mentoring our young professionals for decades. Specifically, our current mentoring program pairs mentors and mentees with a seasoned professional that we collectively agree , and that has the time and experience to provide appropriate feedback and guidance. Dozens of WGI associates partake in the program and in fact, even select members of our board of directors have participated as mentors.
