Thank you! We’re thrilled to see your comments focus on the backbone of our culture- the people! Please understand that the 401(k) schedule is in accordance with federal requirements and purposely structured to assist with one of our primary goals- the long-term employment of our associates.

Pros

Loved working with my teams. There was a lot of opportunity to rotate and try being in different teams. The annual reviews given were actually helpful.

Cons

There wasn't much room to be promoted to the next level unless someone quit.

Your comments are appreciated. WGI thrives on a team environment with frequent and open communication. We’re happy you are able to participate in this important aspect of our business. Annual reviews are actually a goal setting in January followed by three additional check-ins with your direct supervisor. In WGI’s world, annual reviews encompass a much broader environment with four meaningful discussions to set, measure and account for progress each year. Regarding promotions, please share your concerns with HR or me directly. You absolutely should not feel this way and we’d like to address your desire to learn and grow. We have a large number of professionals that have been with WGI for decades, many starting their careers with us, and all of them being promoted to roles of increasing responsibilities if that is their goal and they are capable.
