Pros

WGI won't waste your time with fetching coffee or making copies. I was given real, practical experience and knowledge that I'll carry with me for a long time.

Cons

The intern program didn't have much structure, so I didn't get to meet other interns and there were few networking oppurtunities.

Yes! Our interns are here to jumpstart their profession and we want them to advance as quickly as they can. For decades, WGI has implemented a robust internship program and many of our firms leaders started their careers as WGI interns. Today, the intern program is our number one priority when it comes to filling entry level positions. Thank you for participating and for the favorable review. David Wantman

I appreciate you taking the time to provide thoughts on working at WGI. Yes, overtime fieldwork and pay has been a mainstay of our firm for decades. I am surprised that you find the work low energy. With great technology that includes LiDAR on drones, vehicles, boats and backpacks, and the most advanced data collection techniques in our profession, you should be routinely challenged. Please meet with your direct supervisor and let’s try and align your goals with WGI’s many offerings. David Wantman
