We’d certainly like to hear more from you. By all means, please post with specificity that allows us to publicly address your thoughts. At times, the employer/associate relationship simply isn’t a match. This is one of those instances. We sincerely hope your next position is everything you envision.

We appreciate your feedback and more importantly, the focus on diversity. It’s a core value vital to WGI’s successful future and we’ve been working on improvements in this area for years. A year ago we completed a diversity study to measure our progress and identify areas that need improvement. We’re diligently working on implementations and our activities include diversity and awareness training for everyone at WGI, specialized training for the senior leadership team and hiring managers, and recruitment at colleges and universities that provide access to professionals that improve our diversity. We intend to get better every day.
