Wow! Thank you for the review and for the recommendations. Yes, you work in a WGI office with one of the youngest average age demographics that provides opportunities and at times, presents challenges. We embrace the youthful enthusiasm from our young professionals, and the mentoring from our senior staff. WGI is executing our strategic plan to further diversify our work and client mix in TX, so look for even more opportunities. I am so curious on the comment related to transforming the office from early 2000’s into 2020+. The local team was quite verbal on their desire to maintain their office environment when WGI entered the picture two years ago. As such, and except for COVID protocol, we’ve worked diligently to not change the environments in our Texas offices. I’d welcome a phone call or email to learn more, or if you’d prefer confidentiality, HR would be happy to take your suggestions.

What an unfortunate experience with WGI. I’d like to speak with you if you’re willing to contact me. I suspect we never had the opportunity to discuss any of your concerns, and communication has to be a two-way street. While we would agree that there are “good people in Texas,” I would also suggest that there are also 500 “good people” that work for WGI in FL, CO, IN, IL, MI, NC, GA, and WI. Perhaps with broader exposure to our team, you would have enjoyed a different WGI experience. I can assure you that we are far from “Old Fashioned, Conservative, Controlling, Tone-Deaf, and Talk, but No Action.” In fact, if you’ll arrange for a video call with me, I’d be delighted to record our conversation and share it with everyone at WGI so that the entire team can listen, learn and benefit from the experience, and we’ll make any valid change that materializes as a result of this discussion.

Cons

Nothing to add here. Leadership works hard to make WGI the place to grow.
