Part of our strategy is to control as much of our destiny as possible, and diverse projects build diverse firms and diverse professionals. Typically, over 30% of profits are returned to our team members in the form of incentive compensation and the plan is designed to provide increasing levels of awards at an exponential rate in comparison to the increase in profits. Yes, the management team is very hands on at WGI. It’s part of our culture and the close integration of our team is one way of exemplifying one of our three core values: Passion for People.
