Determined and hardworking are a good way to explain WGI’s Commitment to Greatness. We appreciate your time to complete a Glassdoor review. Yes, turnover is a consistent challenge in the AEP professions. There is a constant need for talent and it has created a significant need for our skillsets. The positive side is that it’s created meaningful salary increases that is very healthy for our business long-term. The downside, is the turnover challenges our desire to maintain a culture of belonging and purpose. While we do expect industry turnover to moderate, the focus on national infrastructure funding and needs will keep our associates in the “wanted” state for many years. David Wantman

Pros

Very supportive and team-oriented work environment that also provides a great work/life balance. A company that is truly growing at a rapid rate in numbers and at the same time is able to consistently bridge the gap between upper level management and associates. The term "open door policy" is truly embodied at WGI. Could not ask for a better place to work at.

Cons

There really are not any major/minor cons I have experienced while working here.
