None, cannot seem to think anything good about them.

Cons

Makes decisions on a whim of the management. High turnover, do not respect the time of the lower level employees.

Pros

WGI provides an excellent work environment. I have been interning there for approximately 5 months and have found the company to have a commendable culture and a team of exceptional individuals. The organization promotes a healthy work atmosphere and emphasizes timely project delivery.

Cons

As of now, I am unable to identify any negative aspects associated with the company. It is exceptionally commendable, and I have not encountered any drawbacks thus far.

There are very nice people at WGI. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Lack of training for all employees. Office culture varies between offices. No bonuses
