“Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Regarding the insurance coverage, WGI takes pride in offering what we believe to be best-in-class benefits, validated annually with external experts. However, your feedback is crucial to us. Could you please provide more specific information about your concerns with our insurance options? This will enable us to address your needs more effectively. Concerning time off, this matter is typically managed by your immediate supervisor. We encourage a transparent and open dialogue with them about your concerns. If you feel your needs are not being met, or if the issue relates to broader policy or workload challenges, we urge you to schedule a meeting with HR. We are here to ensure your concerns are heard and adequately addressed.”

Pros

Structural building divisions allows opportunity to work on very wide range of project sizes and types. Large company footprint brings opportunities to work with other Engineers and companies throughout the Country.

Cons

Company is still in the growing stages as it expands from primarily a Florida based company to now nationwide company. The great local culture that the company has maintained over the past thirty years is going through changes as different regions are brought into the WGI culture. The growth has been good, but does mean there is a good deal of change year to year.

Yes, WGI is in a 50-year growing stage and in concert with our strategic and business plans, we intend to remain a high-growth firm. In our opinion, that maintains a healthy culture with great advancement opportunities for our associates. Of course, our number one core value is “Passion for People,” so we will continue to work hard at establishing and maintaining open, honest and meaningful communication at all levels. Posts like this provide just another opportunity to communicate to a wide audience. Thanks for a great review!
