      Pros

      The WFH environment is great. They do hire some top talent. Oh and the product is neat as well.

      Cons

      Your ability to move up the food chain is very hampered. There's not a clear way to get noticed if you're not in the know about what's going on within the company. The entry-level role is rather difficult to work your way out of.

      - Learning opportunities - Mentors - Fast paced culture (also a con) - Location of the office

      Cons

      - Lower salary when adjusted with the inflation compared with the amount of work needed to be done - No free parking and no free lunch (except only on Fridays) - Rigid Work From Office policies for only Software department, rest teams can work from anywhere they want! - No bonus and No 401k Matching
