      Pros

      Amazing Product, amazing co-workers, really challenging and fun problems to solve. Recently, I am having some of the best moments in my career here. The company has come a long long way to mature, and fix mismanagement issues of the path. The company is clearly on a strong path now.

      Cons

      We try to move very quickly which causes a lot of turbulence. Also, leadership often has direct requests, which turns teams priorities upside down. Work life balance is also tough at times. Folks are often straining to meet the demands of their jobs. Office location is not best spot to get to in Boston, and requiring 4 days a week is tough for a lot of folks. A big reason why many folks won't even consider working at Whoop.

      Pros

      Great impact opportunities as an individual contributor General space of health data and wearables is interesting work. Lots of very intelligent, capable, smart people.

      Cons

      Micromanaging is the way the leadership works in the company, stemming from a lack of experience in leadership overall. The CEO has good high goals that are inspiring, but in execution he's created a single-decision-maker company, which is not sustainable. The Return to Office push is sloppy and short-sighted. It negates the fact that people have lives and jobs are just one part of that. No one is quiet quitting, that's not actually a thing.
