      Potential to be great but has gone downhill

      - Lots of collaboration and ability to voice opinions regardless of level. - Company has a great culture of employees that are all incredibly friendly.

      Cons

      - Poor work / life balance pending on the department you're in. - Leadership quality is declining and has been causing more turnover recently.

      I don't recommend anyone work here. People are afraid to speak out. Company culture is secretive and if you are non white heteronormative, I wouldn't apply.
