      Company has lost its way

      Pros

      Amazing product to work on that improves the lives of members. Energy and enthusiasm amongst employees

      Cons

      Company culture has taken a major dive. Focus became less on producing a viable product and changing the industry to hanging on for dear life and selling chintzy accessories. Rapid growth led to toxic hiring decisions made in haste, only to lay off ~20% of the company in the last year. Poor decisions from management regarding feature prioritization and launch of 4.0. WHOOP was once an amazing place to work. It is no longer.

      Great people, growing pains

      Pros

      - people are smart, talented, and great to work with - company is making an effort to improve - decently established with some perks

      Cons

      - some people in upper management arent great - the culture is a little too focused on their internal business needs rather than their employees or their customers - growing pains as a start up, a lot of mess and disorganization
