Awesome environment! Team managers are supportive and encouraging. Great work / life balance!

Cons

Constant change which can be a plus if you like to be on your toes. Growing so quickly, major decisions are impacting the day to day workload without enough thought for the people working directly with the members.

Pros

Work from home. Solid benefits (medical/dental/vision, fitness reimbursement). Free WHOOP strap while employed. Fast paced.

Cons

No incentive to drive performance. Limited growth opportunities. Leadership lacks open communication up and down the chain of command.
