      Pros

      - Fast-paced and exciting environment. Never a dull moment because you can contribute in any way you want to within your scope. - Great benefits - Smart, kind colleagues - Employee-centered. I feel that I work on a team rather in a company - Lots of growth opportunity if you are willing to work hard for it.

      Cons

      - Fast-paced is not for everyone. It does become overwhelming at times if you are unable to cope - "Lack of transparency" feeling is just created by how fast management/C-level leadership moves with changes. This can sometimes create tension among employees below. - Diversity is not fantastic at this point (we have a great number of Womxn employees). That being said, this is being worked on so I forsee a better POC community here.

We are so glad to hear that you feel that WHOOP is employee-centered; as our ongoing goal is to build a work environment where employees can flourish, build their careers and make meaningful contributions. We acknowledge that our fast-pace is not for everyone, but it has allowed us to effectively double in size over the past year. As fo our efforts around diversity, although we have work to do, WHOOP is committed to building a diverse workforce and continue to prioritize resources and efforts around this.
