      Pros

      - One of the fastest growing companies in town - Impact driven culture - Consumer + Hardware...pretty rare in Boston - Coworkers are genuine, authentic, smart, and hard working people. I love them. - Impact made by individuals is rewarded and recognized - Pro athletes and other high profile people are frequently in the office - Cool office + routine happy hour events - Weekly management meetings start off by each department head recognizing an individual in the company for exceptional performance.

      Cons

      Medical insurance is competitive but could be better to compete with the Amazon's of the world. I do expect this to improve as the company grows which is typical of our stage.

      Pros

      Took a jump into startup world and have never looked back since. I've never been more excited to go to work everyday to be surrounded by people that are extremely talented and passionate about what they do. I truly feel that the work that I do is valued and appreciated. I also love the flat environment that allows for open communication where good ideas and suggestions can come from anyone, and management is open to listening. I feel so lucky and I'm grateful I landed here. I can't wait to see where this company will go. Aside from the work: great product that I haven't taken off since I got here. Great location in Fenway. Standing desk and snacks. No complaints

      Cons

      Organization and structure can be complicated at times with your typical growing pains. Otherwise no cons.
