Pros

Pay is great and that's pretty much it.

Cons

Incompetent leadership, employee safety was an issue. Lots of racial slurs between workers and even management. Didn't think COVID was serious.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, more overtime than anyone should work

Cons

Awful policies, safety manager is a moron the motto is safety over production, however when push comes to shove he will do whatever it takes to avoid an osha recordable, even refusing to have onsite supervisors call 911 when an employee suffers heat stroke. He’s rather direct another coworker to remove said employee from the property in case something severe did in fact happen
