Pros
Some really great people. Most days you're very busy. Direct Supervisor was great. I was very lucky to work for him.
Cons
Too many people who shouldn't be in the positions that they are. One or two got promoted over more deserving people because of who they slept with. The pay is well below what one would make at other companies. They are acquiring companies faster than they can handle. Get a process down for taking on these new companies before adding more. Zero work/life balance. Upper management cares more about optics than the employee health. They forced everyone back to the new building while Covid was still raging even though departments were over 45% more productive working from home. Be very careful who you trust as too many people will gladly stab you in the back to make themselves look better.
