Cons
Plant Management very disrespectful to employees. I have seen employees get fired for performing an unsafe act that is regularly performed by Plant Management. Smokey unsafe conditions. Hourly employees expected to work 60-84 hours per week. If you are unlucky enough to be a Shift Supervisor you will not get paid a dime above your salary for putting in the extra hours. Lots of effort required when you get no respect or appreciation in return.
