good pay, interesting work, good benefits, room for advancement

Cons

Company likes to run lean which means there is more work to be done than people available. They operate in a certain sector of the power market (waste-to-energy), that sector doesn't seem to be expanding. Company has had multiple parent companies, each brings their own way of doing things so the facilities kind of have a hodge-podge of culture and practices that change every few years.
