I've been with the company for about six months, and everyone, but especially the customer service representatives, has been more than accommodating.

Cons

There is no toxic atmosphere or rudeness issue here.

Pros

Interesting tasks and projects, smart and friendly people, warm atmosphere, honest business, fair bonus system. Right place to get good professional experience.

Cons

Unsustainable management system, lack of personal responsibility within management. Some managers try to push problems down on his/her staff instead of solving them on his/her own level or escalating up to the higher one, maybe because of low competence. It's a pity...
