Very demanding, high/ sometimes unrealistic expectations. Do not feel goals for promotion are a true refelction of merit, feel other areas of the goal stucture shoudl hold more weight. Angry/ entitled customers Pay increaseses do not match the increase in cost of living 1 Saturday/ mo required. breaks and lunch not flexible
