Be Aware of following thing before you go to Win I.T.
Pros
Even in Pros also i can write Cons now think your self. 1. Still if you have very less percentage in academics and not having any experience then you can join here. But the thing is they use old technology and very less salary pay for fresher's (On hand 8400 as your package will be 1.2 lac per annum and above that they will cut your pf from salary for your and their end also i.e. 1200+1200) . 2. As the pressure is too much either you learn and stay either you leave. If you stayed then you can work in any other companies this much pressure managment quality you can build here.
Cons
You will find only cons in WIN I.T. some are following: 1. First of all every one work for salary but they never pay on time even for freshers (those who are having least salary i.e. 8400 also get stopped and not comes on time.) 2. If your 2 salaries are pending then one salary you wont get for sure. It will be pending for life time. 3. Unnecessary work pressure. 4. Sometimes you have to work continue all month and soo many night outs. 5. They will treat you as a resource and not as human, even some time the vice president abuse some of the employees. 6. Lets come now on technology first on .net developer: they still use asp.net most of the project and their so called product project (i.e. SFA) is based on asp.net. 7. For Android they have one developed application for thier product (SFA) so nothing new you will learn just copy paste and change the name. If you are well aware then google now taking out the java and using the kotlin. 8. For i-phone they use objective c and now other companies moved to swift language. 9. 2 year bond for freshers and 1 year experience guys. Some time they take 3 year bond also. 10. Over all i would like to say if you are a experience guy don't go for this company believe me i joined as a fresher in Win I.T. and worked for 2 years. They will not pay your last salary and your p.f. . 11. If you are a fresher and you don't have good percentages then you can think. But still think and read all above point if you are ok with them , then go for it. All the very best to all the job seekers but be aware of such companies.
