Great people in a fast-moving organization that never stands still
Pros
I have been part of this organisation for over a decade and evolved from a trainee level to greater heights. It taught me a very important mantra to excel in this industry i.e. Adapt, Absorb and Evolve to achieve the Pinnacle. Capability and potential is always given adequate emphasis over years of experience. Loads of new opportunities to offer. Very friendly office environment. Smart and lovely people, very outgoing and welcoming to everyone who enters the office. Pretty good vision and road map for next few years that will STRENGTHEN the company to not only help get into bigger arena but also create its own space by being relevant.
Cons
I would say that work/life balance suffers a bit at WINIT. A lot of people worked late nights and weekends either just to keep up with all tasks and / or to climb the career ladder.
