If you want exposure to varied problems and want to learn in short span of time, WINIT is the company. Big learning curve and you getting a chance to deal with high pressure & top clients. This is applicable only if you show spark & willingness to own. Once your managers start trusting you, you will have access to everything like DB, Component, Release management and so on. I can confidently say I got 2.5 times more experience [compare to normal] in terms of skills, exposure, opportunity and domain knowledge.

Cons

2 years bonds needs to go. We saw salary regularization was progressing but very soon needs to reach 100% on time
