People never thought about pros here Some of you can see in another review but don't believe on that.
Cons
All are cons here 1 . Salary will come 2 or three time in a year and that have to beg to the management. 2. By seeing the face of higher management you will lose your interest to work for the day. 3 . They will ask you to work untill you died. 4 . No care for the employee. 5 . You will be always in a metal pressure . 6 . By Friday you have to play hide and seek if You got found then you have to work Saturday and Sunday other 5 days what you did that is no matter . They waiting for the friday when it comes and when they assign you work for weekend. 7 . My brother who have read this please don't Join. Even you are jobless and no option is there else this company then alos don't join.
