Pros

The coworkers are great, the job is pretty simple. Get paid to sit in a van, you can watch movies, read or chat.

Cons

The hours can very, some jobs are long some are super short. You can also go days without working. Some of the speeds you need to reach are extremely high, without "cheating" and violating polices. Management tells you to work faster but doesn't really give you tips on how to speed up. Training for new employees can be lacking.
