- Nice people - Room for growth - Interaction between all levels of employees - Opportunity for travel - Good benefits for full time employees - Room for flexibility in terms of schedule - Appreciation for loyalty and longevity (there are many employees at WIS who have been with the compani for 20+ years.

Cons

Salaries and hourly wages are lower than some other companies, however if you are a person with drive and a will to learn, there are opportunities for advancement. Also, you will have the opportunity to experience and be involved in things that normally wouldn't be done by someone with your role or job title.
