Pay, Schedule, Benefits,Paid Time Off, Employee Discount Programs . I work with some really good friendly co workers at this call center.

Cons

Terrible Management, this will cost them in the end. Wish they gave the employees an opportunity to talk to upper management so they would know what's really going on.

Laid back environment, unique shift hours, easy training, good people work here that are supportive if you can deal with the job itself

Cons

Customer service in general is always rough, but this one is not as bad as most but still you get the callers that think they are your only site. You find out quickly how serious people take trash, stuck in a cubie and on the phone all day is what kills me
