      Great in the beginning but not for me

      Pros

      The team of associates was fun and supportive. Monthly commissions make the job worth it. I improved my ability to sell and client retention skills.

      Cons

      Leadership did not know how to speak with and support their employees. There was a lack of trust and micromanaging. The work environment and angry customers can make it easy to burnout.

      Benefits are top tier nothing better 12000 in education for free to go back to school Hybrid schedule is amazing

      Mediocre salary forces you to pray that this months commission hits hard
