Not an employee first kind of company

Some good benefits like 401k, stock purchase program, and healthcare.

Cons

13 days of PTO/year you’re first 5 years. At one point this included your sick days. If you’re considered corporate you get an extra 5 floating holidays. No tuition reimbursement. No paternity leave, you just use the PTO you have and it’s clearly not a lot of PTO to begin with. Working from home is up to your manager (And that was a no from my manager).
