You get the BS in all jobs but some are more than the others

Pros

They offer union depending on what positions. Pays on time. Meet all kinds of people with different personalities, offers health insurance, dental and you name it.

Cons

if you receive a check you sometimes have to wait over 3 to 4days before you check your stub. Normally in winter time. Their FMLA is crazy here. For promotion, you have to wait for someone to get fired or resign before you get promotion. It is too bad. They go by seniority which is sometimes bad but sometimes good.
