      Good job but in harsh weather it gets hard

      Pros

      Good pay, Very Good Drivers, you can stop during rout to get lunch if need too, can take short breaks, and can catch a slight nap on the way to the dump

      Cons

      Have to work in harsh weather, some drivers routs are super long, when it rains you still have to be on the back of the truck
