      Could be a great place to work.

      Pros

      The company has a lot of great employees that work for the company.

      Cons

      Management does not listen to any concerns, questions or new ideas that are brought to their attention. Seem to work with blinders on as it relates to the work force. The CEO seems genuine and is for a positive workplace environment. The problem is the sentiment does not trickle down to the other locations.
