-Pay is good -Union -Benefits good -Pension -Self paced

Cons

-Management doesn't particularly have your best interest in mind -WM is ok company but with all the same typical corporate issues -Long hours and routes -Trucks are not great and outdated

Promotion is based on individual production, The Company helps you succeed, great benefits, 2 weeks vacation and 4 personal days after 1 year of employment, 100% vested in 401k from day one.

Cons

some days can be 12-14 hours, equipment break downs, poor fleet mechanic management and quality control.
