      Good benefits. Good coworkers. Boot voucher

      Cons

      Management doesn’t have much experience. The ones that are experienced are ones that are just mediocre. Mediocrity breeds mediocrity, and it’s a vicious cycle. They don’t try do do their job and excel. So drivers get the short end of the stick.

      Money you have to earn working long hours

      Cons

      Too many cameras in the truck. Excessive safety training wich is completely void because the workload does not permit you to perform the task at hand without breaking any of their safety rules. Safety in this company is just a fasad to hide the reality of the work environment.
