Pros

Waste and recycling isn't going away. In operations, there should be some job security. The management is definitely focused on keeping the stockholders happy.

Cons

Long term improvements and goals are hard to hold on to; focus on 90 day measures seem to dominate the decision making process.

Pros

Hours are GOOD! Benefits are descent. No weekends hours. Ability to transfer to other work sites.

Cons

Lack of training. Holding employees accountable to expectations that have not been clearly explained. Changing commission structure mid-stream.

Stress is too high compared to salary, territories are too divided to ever be consistent, adding to the stress level.
