      Pros

      Good place to work at a good pay for awhile. However, after time that becomes a liability and you are targeted to be let go to cut costs.

      Cons

      Corporate has no clue how to solve problems in the field other than restructuring or letting people go to cut costs.

      Pros

      You really have to mess up to get fired. Steady, 10 hour a day work week.

      Cons

      Supervisor does not care. He just wants to do his time and get out. No chance for advancement. No training. Management in all areas are condescending. Benefits and bonuses were constantly cut and changed costing more and giving less to the employees. Raises were never given just a two percent cost of living increase.

      Pros

      Good Benefits, enjoyed my co-workers.

      Cons

      Company priorities are not to benefit the employees. They have a tendency to reduce the long term folks and bring in newer employees to save a buck. So much for giving to the company for all those years. Would not recommend anyone to work here.
