Great benefits, decent wage, management is very supportive and appreciative, and good work life balance.

Cons

Anytime you need IT, it can be time consuming to get to someone who can actually fix your issues.

Decent insurance (get what you pay for) Mostly decent coworkers

Cons

Worked like a dog day in and day out. Constantly asking what's taking so long. Claims that safety is top priority, yet continuous complaining that you should be faster. New guys are short trained and thrown to the wolves and senior guys are constantly expected to take up slack. There are much better jobs out there that pay less but are better.. This job will drive you into the ground and make you a bitter person. Constantly dropping the ball on contracts and losing lots of customer contracts cause they charge to much. Let's lazy people be lazy while hard working guys get to do extra work.
