      Pros

      Co-workers are amazing but come and go fast

      Cons

      Management are micromanagers. They will read your emails and listen to phone calls and sit you down and tell you everything you did wrong. Not much room to grow. Rarely do people last a year. My class had 12 people, by the time I left there were 2 left.

      Pros

      The leadership/company truly care about its employees and while there are areas of opportunity, they are actively working to improve. They are committed to People First at the top, and that sentiment is slowly but surely making it down to the front lines. Once you get here, it feels like you are apart of a family even though they have 45,000+ employees. Everyone works hard and cares about each other. A lot of industry innovation and opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Leaders/managers have too many direct reports leaving little time for employee development and strategic thinking. Also, there are a lot of old school thinkers who aren't quite open to new ideas or approaches - even though they think/say they are. Archaic maternity leave plans and benefits after 90 days - this is good within their industry but very poor when compared to worldclass organizations who are able to hire the best and brightest.

      Millennial Friendly. Career Worthy. Endless Learning Opportunities. Relocation potential. (Going on my 2nd relocation) The perfect environment to learn exactly what it takes to be successful in the field. 4 years of consecutive low to mid six-figure income. Room to advance and plenty of potentials to grow upward and outward into the local Market area's. Apply to work anywhere in the country you want. Fantastic culture amongst peers.
