      Over worked under paid

      Work from home, weekends off

      Cons

      Low pay for the call volume and all the other behind the scenes work that needs to be done with no time off the phones to get done. Systems are out dated and communication between dispatch and us is ridiculous.

      Pay is good - colleagues are great

      Cons

      Management is terrible and leadership is even worse. VP of my area probably doesnt know half the sales memebers names and ignore any complaints. Middle management is filled with "Yes" people that do not care about the employees and run scared that they are going to be fired. has gotten progressively worse after pandemic. changed roles to double the workload but give no benefits to the employees doing the extra work.
