      Not worth the pay

      Pros

      Wages are above most customer service positions. There are many benefits - discounts on vehicle purchases, home, etc. Good health insurance coverage.

      Cons

      Report to multiple managers/supervisors. Favoritism is a big issue here. They seem to let employees go when they reach their pay scale limit and then just hire new reps. Everyone is replaceable in their eyes it seems.

      Pros

      wage is ok. parking is easy

      Cons

      Salary appears better than it is. Regularly put in 12+ hour days for 60,000. The drivers are abusive and sometimes threatening to route managers. Sexual harrassment has occurred and higher ups turn a blind eye. Upper management colludes to protect some of the older longer/term drivers. Don't work here unless you are prepared to be abused.

      Pros

      Not many to share, company is out of control. They do well because they do not have much competition. In markets where other options exist, they lose.

      Cons

      Management has a fix on several aspects of the business. Management will not be available to assist you. Tons of Red Tape. Benefits were downgraded in 2016. Complex compensation plan designed NOT to pay you. If you do well, management will not pay you your full commission. Management will tactfully NOT approve your deal if you are about to make a large commission. Management will not pay you increases customers ask for in service. You will have a ton of paperwork.
