Pros
I am s new driver here with this company and I truly believe that the CEO cares about his workers.I feel that with every great company it takes time to find things that will make a company truly great yes we do need better trucks but give your management time to improve the company. I know that our CEO would love to pay his Drivers more money but it takes any company time to make sure they pay each driver fairly stop looking at all the bad things and realize that you are at a great company who is devoted to making everything great for the company as a whole.
Cons
When people find bad in a company because they are unhappy what makes you unhappy the fact that yes we do put in a lot of hard work but sitting back and putting your company isn't right instead of talking down about your company. Why don't ever driver come together and speak to management to see what as fellow workers can do to get more money a close mouth never gets feed. I know that they want whats best for us all but how can they fix it when they don't know whats wrong putting a company down isn't the answer.
