      Pros

      Benefits are good- especially 401k. Pay is decent but not competitive. Usually good onsite parking. Well stocked breakroom. Friendly team to work with.

      Cons

      OT is not optional; it's mandatory. 10 hour shifts with short lunches. No onsite cafeteria. Strict attendance policy "points" based. Unreliable time clock but they'll still fire you for not using it properly. Too many daily meetings.

      Pros

      This is great if someone had no experience in a call center. Training by Arrika is good. Weekly pay.

      Cons

      No support from Supervisor. The supervisors have a high turn over. The Supervisors are not trained on salesforce. Do not look for them for constructive criticism. The systems are dated. Everything is manual. Time consuming. No real follow up from dispatch. Once the new hiring class comes in go back to training.

      Largest environmental company in the market so everyone has heard of them to get into doors.

      Cons

      Poor Management on all levels. They take advantage of customers with unethical price gauging contracts.
