Decent pay. Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Cons

Overworked, unlimited time off that you are never able to take, some departments do most of the work while others don't do enough, people that have been there a long time that don't want anything to change, not a lot of communication between departments.

Great if you are desperate, love being dirty and getting bit by ants.

Cons

Long days in the hot sun, back breaking labor, the low pay for all the tough work you do. One day I met ceo Jim Fish after I threw 13 tons of hot trash in the Florida sun he came to our site to hand out goofy tale top gun hats… man just give me 5$ what am I gonna do with this stupid crap. We have to get gloves out a vending machine but free hats!!! Whoopty freaking doo.
