Route managers at my site are nice

Cons

We are underpaid for what we do the heavy grass bags all summer are ridiculous it's a dirty job and very physically demanding you could get paid more driving a dump truck doing less work or if you are a helper you are better off working at Sheetz making a dollar less and not working in all weather conditions
