Extremely poor work life balance (vacations are not encouraged and you will be stuck with your responsibilities), long work weeks (60 hour work weeks common). Promotions are based on if they need you and if you threaten to leave. Management has run off many employees and created an abusive working environment by yelling, bullying, and making the workplace a hell to be in. Please do not work here, you will be affected mentally and physically and the company does not care.

There are many things about this company that need to change. New upper management on the west coast is demanding that management, treats employees like numbers instead of people. Lunches aren’t being taken and neither are breaks just to get off before 14hours. People quit within months of getting the job because of the stress that management puts and the attitudes they dish out.
