Pros

Waste Management is the leading company in waste services. With that comes a huge opportunity for growth in employment. They currently have over 40,000 employees, not including contractors. Jim Fish, the CEO, has a great slogan this year. "Do the right thing, the right way." You can truly feel that working within this company in how they treat their employees.

Cons

Such a great place, I do not have any at this time.
